Default Who will survive if the sens lose tonight???

Well tonight could be the night Muckler starts cleaning house on this under achieving bunch of sens.If the sens don't respond to Mucklers warning that this teams play is below expectations who will be safe and who will go??Will Muckler start whole sale changes to the core of this team or will he just make some minor changes??Is Martin safe as coach after this game if the sens lose?? i think not as the sens organization seems to think they have the team in place to be serious cup contenders and it is coming down to weather Martin can get them playing like that or not and so far this team has not responded the way they should under his guidence.

Don't bet on wholesale changes at this point. They aren't going to trade players like Redden or Havlat or Chara for that matter. They are too talented to send a message to the rest of the team. The first player considered would be Rachunek, but I think that would be a mistake.
As for Martin, I doubt he would be fired at this point. Although, Bruce Garrioch has said on the radio that if they did fire him, Scotty Bowman has considered taking over. I don't put much validity into that, but it sounds nice.

Well Craven if the sens did somehow end up with Bowman then under his guidence the sens imho would become a much better team under him then their current coach.I think him ending up in Ottawa is a bit of a stretch but stranger things have happened.

Mucky hated the season! The regular season!
Now, please don't ask why. No one quite knows the reason.
It could be, perhaps that his shoes were too tight.
But I think that the most likely reason of all.
may have been that his heart was two sizes too small.

I steal it all. Butchering Dr. Seuss is my favorite. I was going to use Johnson instead of Heart... but this is a family site. :]

Martin isn't going anywhere. But if someone was to replace him, my bet would be Larry Robinson. Bob Gainey could then fire Claude Julien, and Then martin could go to the Habs But thats not going to happen.

I would say White could be moved..but he is now injured. It would be foolish to move any of the core of the team. Perhaps a supporting player, or two. But to tinker may be devasting.

One of their better efforts tonight in a while, but Broduer just shut Ottawa down. I thought the Sens had many chances, but just could not capitalize. The Devils played well, but I thought Ottawa was the better team. I'm pleased with the effort, but certainly not the result!!!
