This happened to me in Boston in '97. Some drunks from a wedding at our hotel thought that it would be funny to do at 2 AM. We stood outside in 40 F weather for at least 45 minutes. I am so glad that I grabbed my winter coat. My wife's friend from down the hall was wearing slippers and a short nightie. I loaned her my coat so she wouldn't get pneumonia. I heard that the drunks were arrested and ejected from the hotel.
