I cannot tell a lie. I chopped down the cherry tree. The tree fell onto the hotel park see saw which launched a bucket of nails that the maintenance man carelessly left on the other side. The bucket of nails flew into the gutters. The nails traveled down the gutters and into the drainage pipe. This clogged up the drainage pipe. When the cleaning lady emptied the dishwater into the sink the water wouldn't go down. Because the water wouldn't go down the hotel became unstable and began to lean to one side. The head bell hop noticed this immediately and called security. Security came running into the hotel lobby with their guns drawn because they thought that the hotel was under attack. When the night desk clerk saw security run in with their guns drawn he called 911. The police were too busy to come because this was Detroit after all, and they have much more important things to do. So instead of the police they sent the sanitation department, which is odd because they sanitation department is the only department busier than the police in Detroit. Except of course on Halloween when they burn the city down. Anyway, when the sanitation department rushed into the hotel with guns drawn (after all, this is Detroit, everyone has guns drawn) you had the hotel security on one side, the sanitation department on the other side, each pointing guns at each other, while the hotel was listing to one side because of the clogged drainpipe. And at precisely 1:30AM - some schmuck named Sidney Crosby pulled the fire alarm.

AHHH, so that's what happened?! Interesting! Bettman should fine everyone for all of the shenanigans...

HOCKEY is a potentially hazardous situation, occasionally.

was it a 6 foot 5 NHL player who hit you? had you just come out of a concussion?
the force of the hit does not disguise the intention of what he was trying to do. he didnt even get called for it. also franzen didnt 'drop like he had been shot', the irony of you arguing that he exaggerated and you rebutt with statements like this...

I think a shot to the head is pretty obvious of an intent to injure. Concussion symptoms anyone? He was moving forward and put plenty of force into it.
Should have been a head check at least, you don't put your hands up there when making contact.

See now, it all makes sense. If they had just told the whole story in the original, I wouldn't have stayed up all night thinking about it.
