First of all great job by Lidstrom, Zetterberg, and the rest of the Wings. They were due for a Cup, and they finally delivered. The Wings really could be considered a modern day dynasty the way they contend year after year like no one else in the league.

What's the problem with Sidney Crosby? He's one of the premier players in the league, and is a symbol of nothing but excellence for hockey. I can understand why Flyer fans or other Atlantic teams are not on the bandwagon, but if you're a hockey fan you appreciate what Sidney Crosby does for his team. He's a special player.

yup. i saw sidney crosby whining again afer he got hit, he said himself he wasnt injured, but i watched him during that game six, he slammed down his water bottle, then he punched the bench, he was angry because he got hit, not because he was injured.

Maybe if he acted a little more mature I know he's only 20 but hockey is a physical sport and what is he doing playing hockey if he cant stand being hit, he is a good player and he will be hit and shadowed and screened and etc, he shouldnt cry about it.

He's a good player if you mean special like that then yea....probably. But if he woukd stop complaining about being hit, I would probably respect him more.

Pavel Datsyuk said a couple years back that he tries to play keep away and not get hit, very much like Barry Sanders said he tries not to be touched while running. But, yet he lead the the team in hitting, or close to it. Datsyuk deserves more credit than he gets. He sure has grown the last couple years. Good job to both teams. It turned into a really good series. Pitt will be back next year, along with Detroit. I CAN'T WAIT

Maybe he was frustrated because his team was losing their last chance at a Stanley Cup and Detroit's shutdown game was something he had a hard time trying to overcome. No one knows why he was angry, only he does.

For someone who made a big stink about people assuming you were a bandwagoner. You sure are quick to make assumptions about someone who you dont know.

None of us have ever faced the pressure of the Stanley Cup finals, so we cant assume we know how to act when the game is on the line.
