Let me get this straight, I'm going to trim out a few words and show you how stupid this statement is.
"Predicting...is no prediction."
Yep, that's what I thought.
Did I ask you about the Penguins/Rangers series? No, I don't think I did. I asked you about your prediction on the Flyers' two series.
I predicted the Flyers would win in 6 over the Caps. That is a prediction. They won in 7. They still won the series.
I expected the Montreal series to be tougher, but I didn't see any reason the Flyers couldn't win, but I expected Montreal to be better than what they ended up putting on the ice. Flyers ended up winning in 5. My prediction in the number of games it took was wrong, but I picked the correct team when it came to winning the series.

Two mediocre teams...Washington was hailed as one of the hottest teams in the league with the scoring leader. The Flyers shut that scoring leader down and held him in check. This is exactly what I meant when you said you had an uncanny ability to pick apart and criticize everything and completely fail to give credit to anyone. All you do is criticize.
Montreal, mediocre? The did win the conference, right? The did have the league's best power play, right? They did have the second best offense in the league in the regular season only 0.02 goals per game behind Detroit, right?
Yeah, just checking.
Looked pitiful? Funny how it was the press and all the "experts" who said the Canadiens were outchancing and outshooting the Flyers night in night out and just not getting the win. Funny how putting an average of over 30 shots on goal every night against the Flyers typically isn't considered pitiful.
The Flyers got past the Canadiens on two factors, well, you can roll it into one: goaltending. Biron stood on his head and the Flyers exploited Price. That's really it. The Flyers simply executed better.
I guess if the Flyers beat the Penguins it will be the Pens fault for collapsing and looking pitiful, too.
