Here we go, July 1st is here, and GM's have money to spend. Should be interesting to see this years strategy, long/short term. With a possible drop in the Cap next season, time will tell.

See this would be really interesting because a LOT of teams have major cap issues - but then would have a lot of needs. The Cap may DROP next year, but the Leafs would STILL be looking pretty because they'd only have 20 million locked up and a whole bevy of players to look at. Hmmmmmm.
