So far the most surprising thing is that ONE goalie has been selected, that being Ward. I figured atleast Luongo would go top 10. Goes to show just how much top talent there is in the league I guess.

The only concensus picks thus far have been Kovalchuk, Getzlaf and Datsyuk. So I will add them in to the overall list.

After 15 it all just sorta gets blurry for me. Some people may argue with the Luongo b4 Brodeur thing but remember one thing if i'm planning a team for the future Luongo is younger.

I'd take Iginla fourth, with his combo of leadership and skill he's a perfect fit to build a team around. After that there are a lot of guys to look at but I think Iginla edges the rest of them out.

OK I just filled in a whole bunch.

I figure that if the league were ever to redraft it would have to be a snaked draft to be fair.

Given that, I tried to make the first few 2nd round picks work with the team's 1st round selections. Basically just not drafting the same position twice.

So keep going, but use the teams 1st round pick as a guide to help with the 2nd.

Some big names are noticably missing, and it is simply due to the age factor. Other than Brodeur I think any player with only 2-3 years left in their carreers is going to fall in the draft.

If anyone is conspicuously out of place or missing, state your case, if it is valid I have no problem making a change.
