So, it looks like the rangers are the big Gaborik sweepstakes winner, I'm sure all NYC hospitals are on call. However, if he stays somewhat healthy, he should be a huge boost for the Blueshirts.

lets assume he stays healthy (he did say the surgery was a success and it should solve his groin troubles). I am sure he will score at least 40 if not 50 goals. the problem is that they dont have an elite playmaking center who can put the puck on his stick. he never had that in minny either but it would be nice to see what he could do with a great passer. i guess he will be paired with Dubinsky rather than Drury and lets hope Dubinsky steps up and breaks through.
