Theres much talk going on how the islanders need a new home well just 5 min from my house in Yaphank a company top gun sports and entertainment has plans to develope a mini type disney sports and recreation facility with a NASCAR-Type Oval Track, Drag Strip, Motocross Park (w/ Pee Wee Area) ATV Park (w/ Pee Wee Area), Freestyle Super Cross, Concert /Amphitheater, Motorsports Museum, Hotel & Conference Center, RV & Camping Grounds, 15,000 seat Arena, Championship Miniature Golf Courses, Three Go Kart Tracks, Bumper Boats, Batting Cages, Soccer Cages, Paintball, Phazer Zone, Arcade & Food Court, Disco, Rock N' Roll Club, Irish Pub, Theme Store1, Theme Store 2, Mexican Eatery, Italian Ristorante, Fifties Style Diner
All spred out over 353 acres of land.

wang should contact the investor information this could work big for the islanders if they also steped up to the plate and showed there serious in finding a new building. the 15,000 seat arena could be the one he looks for.


even though im a rangers fan that means they will play 5 times within a 5 min drive from my house. well of course if something fell through.

anythings possible however incredibly unlikely
id find it odd however to have a hockey team playing in an amusement park

Well if this company does go fourth and build it. some sports franchise will be sure to come. if the islanders feel ok about there home now well then ok.
but they owe it to there fans to find a more decent facility.

This place sure looks to be from the presentation video to be top notch.

This would be great living so close to more islander fans to harras. :0pouce:
