San Jose, CA (Sports Network) - J.P. Dumont netted the game-winner in the fourth round of the shootout to lift the Nashville Predators past the San Jose Sharks, 4-3.
After Ryane Clowe missed wide on San Jose's first attempt, Alexander Radulov went to the backhand to beat Evgeni Nabokov to give Nashville the lead. Joe Pavelski answered on the Sharks' next attempt, but after the next four shooters came up empty, Dumont beat Nabokov five-hole to win it for the Predators.
Vernon Fiddler, Martin Erat and Alexander Radulov each scored in regulation for Nashville, which has won three in a row. Predators netminder Tomas Vokoun finished with 27 saves.
Steve Bernier, Matt Carle and Marc-Edouard Vlasic each tallied while Nabokov ended with 29 saves for the Sharks, who have dropped three straight.
