As much as everyone is talking about Kitchener-Waterloo area getting a team, I really don't see that happening any time soon, or at all, for that matter??
I'd want Winnipeg, but I'm going to go with Kitchener-Waterloo because that's what I've been hearing most so far.

The Preds will be in K/W during 2009. That would give them two years to build an arena on the Cambridge site.
I went with Hamilton, due to Bassille's involvement. He'll be a little wiser this time after he failed to get the Penguins(which he would have moved). This time I think that we will allow the league to draw the terms of the do not move clause, but put in there as they have now an out if the team fails to draw and make money, say for three years or so. At which point he can bag the pucks and haul a** to Blackberryville.

I believe if he is allowed to move this team ASAP it will be to Hamilton until a new arena can and will be built most likely in the Kitchener area. Although things will have to be figured out in terms of traffic in order to get to a game in this region. Considering that this land Balsillie has purchased beside the 401, I don't know if any of you have ever driven on the 401, but your lucky enough to come out alive from that highway if alive at all. But honestly it's the worst and most congested highway in Canada if not in North America. I don't know if driving to a hockey game at the end of rush hour on this highway to see a game would be especially embraced by many fans of the area, that being said though I think this team moves to Copps Coliseum until a much better and more modern NHL Arena can be built in Kitchener.
