Nashville, TN (Sports Network) - David Legwand had a goal and an assist, as the Nashville Predators continued their dominance over the Columbus Blue Jackets with a 2-1 victory at Gaylord Entertainment Center.
Paul Kariya also had a goal and an assist for Nashville, which won all eight of its games against Columbus this season.
Tomas Vokoun turned aside 28 shots for the Predators, who have six wins in their last eight games and sit atop the Western Conference with 98 points.
Fredrik Norrena allowed two goals on 33 shots in the loss for Columbus.
Gilbert Brule tallied the lone goal for the Blue Jackets, who have lost two in a row.
Columbus got on the board first as Brule scored just 1:17 after the game's opening faceoff. Jason Chimera unleashed a wrister from the slot that Brule re-directed past Vokoun.
