Price, O'Byrne out; Halak, Brisebois in
By Dave Sidaway
There was no shortage of news in Brossard today as Bob Gainey tweaked his lineup for tomorrow's game against the New Jersey Devils.
While it appears Carey Price has returned to form, he'll sit as Jaroslav Halak gets his first start since Feb. 28. Halak has won four games in a row and five of his last six.
Patrice Brisebois will replace Ryan O'Byrne and he'll be playing in his 1,000th NHL games after being a healthy scratch for four games.
There's also a chance that left winger Guillaume Latendresse will play. He has been out since Feb. 1 with a shoulder injury but he has received a medical clearance and Gainey said he'll make a decision on Latendresse's availability tomorrow morning.
Alex Kovalev, who missed Thursday's game against the Islanders because of the flu, didn't practice today and he will be re-evaluated tomorrow morning. Tom Kostopoulos missed practice for what as described as a "therapy day".
