Default Why is Chad Kilger on the 4th line?

Well why is he?He has an incredible amount of skill and is our only forward to have a little bit of siz.And he's on the 4th line!At least take out Perrault from the 2nd line and you have this line:

Center-Ribeiro
Wing-Dagenais
Wing-Kilger

Whoa, whoa, whoa!!! An incredible amount of skill??? Let's not mistake Kilger with Todd Bertuzzi here. For a 4th overall pick, he has certainly not lived up to his draft position. For somebody who has already been with 5 organizations, and has a total of 64 goals and 141 career points in 478 games with a career -38, there's no wonder he play's on a teams' 3rd and 4th line!!! Kilger is alright, but don't overhype the guy!!!

Our top 2 lines look like this a the moment:
Bulis-Koivu-Ryder
Dagenais-Ribeiro-Zednik

Who do you remove to insert Kilger? The third line consists of Sundstrom, Juneau and Dackell. It's our checking line. I can see Gratton taking over Juneau's spot eventually...

Kilger's inconsistant play will send him in the pressbox when Perreault and Ward are ready to return to the line-up. Prediction? Kilger doesn't finish the season in Montreal! k:

We saw what he can do last year palying on a first or second line and all of a sudden he's on the worst line.No...Kilger doesn't deserve that!Dump Dackell and Juneau by the end of the year.We say were in sort of rebuilding stag but then I see guys like Brisebois,Quintal,Perrault,Audette,Juneau, and Dackell. My prediction:By the end of the year at least 3 out of the 5 guys I mentioned will not finish the year with us,Gainey will shurely trade them....I hope

Sorry man but Kilger is on the 4th line for a reason...he sucks. I would be happy if he never played in our lineup again. As soon as Ward is ready to come back he can easily take Kilgers spot in the lineup.

As for our current second line....they are playing OK and you would rather have Kilger there instead of Zednik?

N OFORGET ABOUT IT!But what gets me pissed is that sometimes guys like Junaea,Perrault,Audette, and Quintal get more ice tiem than guys like Kilger,Komisarek,Hainsey.

I think it would be a cool experiment..to put Souray on one of the top wings.

See what happens for one game.

I don't like the idea of taking our best defenseman and putting him up front...what does that leave us with back there? Rivet, Quintal, Bouillon?!!??! ock:
