Ok, this is NOT a rumour, it's just up for discussion...

What would we have to give-up to land Vincent Lecavalier in Montreal? Would Koivu, Rivet and Perreault be enough? Or should we change a player and include a draft pick or a prospect instead?

If i was bob I would not try and get Vinny....I'm not saying he sucks or anything it's just that i'd rather have the other 3 you mentioned over Vinny. I don't care if they don't get as many points (and i don't know if they do) but if they do that trade do you really think Vinny will get them anywhere? Plus I don't see TB trading Vinny now that he and TB are playing so well

Why would we need Vinny?Plus why would you want to ruin the atmosphere in the teams dressing room?We have enough problems with the chemistry in this team and we dont need any more problems!!But lets say Bob is smokin something hard and would want to get Vinny.....he'd have to give up Koivu or Zednik and 2 of our future stars(Komisarek,Perezoihgan,Hainsey.etc)

It would never happen..well it was rumoured when Vinny wanted out of TB..but ofcourse all talk and no action.

IF you were to make this deal, it would have to be Zednik and Markov going for Vinny. TB get that D man they need badly, and a scoring threat in Zednik.
