Default Happy Lucky Philly fan

As a Flyer fan I must admit it am happy they came away with the win, that being said I think they got out played by Montreal especially in the 1st and 2nd. The reason I came on here is to tell Habs fans that you played well enough to beat the Flyers and IMO deserved the win. I know if the Flyers played good like Montreal did and lost I would have been P1SSED. Great game Habs and if you keep playing like that you will have no problem making the playoffs and possibly making some noise.

You're lucky there Spud I came in here and read that thread and I was ready to deep six you and move it to the Flyer section, well thought out post S......

(and Doug it has nothing to do with the fact that he is a fellow Cold Laker, who so happens to also have done time in the Armoured Corp much the same as I did back in the 80's)

While I'm not happy with the result, I am happy with the effort. It's just good to see them put in a 60 minute effort against the top team in the east. Although we lost some positives can be taken out of the game and should be taken with them to NY for their game on Wed.

I think the main reason for the recent sucess is not having Audette and Juneau in the lineup with Dagenais and Begin taking their places. Dagenais may be a little slow but at 6'5 and a rocket of a shot(21 goals in 63 career games)he is a must stay in our lineup and the 5'8 snakebitten Audette could be traded for a bag of pucks for all I care. And of yeah his over 3 Million dollars contract

As for Juneau, I still have tons of respect for this guy but he is just too old. He had some great years back in the day but IMO he is not what this team needs right now. In order for us to compete we need guys who are fast and will get their nose dirty, which brings me to Begin. This guy is your stereotypical pest. He isn't afraid of anyone and he has good speed. He has done an excellent job as our checking center.

Did the Zednik-Riberio-Dagenais line ever look great tonight. They got both of our goals and could of had a couple more.

If CJ keeps this lineup we should be able to compete everynight, especially with Jose backing us up k:
