Garon was on fire...for the shots stats point of view at least....it looks like he was on fire in the 2nd...Lang...another goal? my god he is on fire...I guess Montreal showed me up by winning...good job for them...hope they keep this up for there next game...they need to keep producing these 4-5 goal games.

Wow..Souray now has 8 goals..

My vote for the Hart trophy! Or atleast that one of which the guy comes back from adversity.

Yeah Souray is sure to win comeback player of the year if he keeps this up.

As for the game...very sloppy effort but thankfully we were playing Washington  they are pretty bad.

Top three lines all chipped in a goal while Souray took care of the rest, 8 goals now which leads all NHL defensemen. Garon was very solid. Although the shot total was high they didn't give up a lot of great scoring chances, mostly shots from the parimeter.

Komisarek played a great game...finishing +2 in about 14:00 mins of ice time. While he didn't really make any mistakes out there I would like to see him get an edge out on the ice, like Scott Stevens style but I am sure that will come with time. He should be in the lineup on Saturday night with his play in Friday's game. Not sure if Quintal would sit again, if not Quintal then I would guess Bouillon. He didn't played very well tonight and he was reponsible for Lang's goal in the first.

Florida comes to town on Saturday night with Theo back in the nets...hopefully rested and ready to go.
