Default Habs in Van City

Well the Habs have a huge test tonight against the Canucks. Theo is getting the start. He is coming off one of the best goaltending performances of the season. Perrault is out of the lineup tonight, aswell as Hossa. Ryder is back in the lineup and he is going to be playing with Koivu and Zednik(FINALLY!!!) I have wanted to see that line all season.

This is going to be a tough game but maybe the Habs can sneak out of a win.

I'm a fan of both teams, so I don't like it when they play eachother :

Maybe a tie?

Vancouver gets my nod for this game.

Well we didn't win but we did pick up a point in the OTL, 5-4. Getting a point out of VAncouver is something to be happy with....also the Koivu-Zednik-Ryder line played very well. Some not so positive things from this game....too many penalties again! Our PK did us in again tonight but thats alright. We'll get em next Tuesday when they come to our house k:

I would like to thank Richard Zednik for attempting to do what Canuck management have been reluctant to do, try to put Sopel out of the game

Seriously though, it was a sloppy yet entertaining game. I was cursing at my boys all night. Good thing the PP was clicking or it might have ended up different.

See you guys next week!

the power kill was pretty much the only negative in the game for the habs, alot of good things happened in this game.

habs found their scoring touch
koivu got going for the first time with 3 assists
habs walked into vancouvers house and took a point
habs gained confidence in hanging with the big boys of the west.

now with games in calgary and edmonton, habs have a good chance to grab 4 more points by the end of the week.
