VICTORIA (CP) - Steve Silverthorn blocked all 38 shots fired his way and Scott Burt scored a pair of goals as the Idaho Steelheads blanked the Victoria Salmon Kings 3-0 in ECHL play Wednesday night.
Burt opened the scoring 12:45 into the match and added a shorthanded goal early in the third. Marty Flichel had a goal and an assist for Idaho (3-0-0), which moved into sole possession of first place in the West Division. Kyle Bruce had the other goal for the Steelheads.
Bryan Bridges made 31 saves in net for Victoria (0-3-0).
