I have several questions about Marian Gaborik:
1) Will Gaborik be moved next year.
2) Is he going to be the star minny had hoped for?
3) Is this just a bad year for him or was he overrated?
(I added your second Gaborik thread to this one. Same topic, may as well answer at the same time, Iced Tea)
Let me just get my wand out. Now the magic words. "Iced tea is the greatest drink in the world" Poof. There, it's in the Minny section.
As for where Gaborik will go. Who knows, what with the chance of a lockout. If the season does happen, it will depend on what the new CBA does for Minny.

I don't think Gabby is playing his best hockey playing in Minny...they are to defensive while he is an offensive player. He would play a lot better on a Colorado or Vancouver type of team. Although If he does leave Minny wouldn't be that great of a team...
Well I think he read this or something since he scored a hat trick last night. I think missing training camp and the first month didn't help. He's a gifted player and will likely be with Minny for many years to come.

They would be crazy to move Gabby. Hes in a major slump, but any of the other 29 teams would love to have him, he has so much potential to be a top line player and I think he may eventually score 40+ goals a year.
Some people are complaining he sucks now because he got the big contract.
It's maybe a bit hard to score on a team which plays 100% defence and scores very little. He'd excell on a team like the Sens or Wings.
Gaborik is an awesome player..he is one of those guys who can win games for you.. it would be dumb for Minny to trade him. But, if they do. They better get big name players in return
They wont trade him, they'd be crazy to, hes a young man that missed training camp and a good size portion of the season, Minny is out but hes starting to regain his scoring touch. He'll be back in business next season if there is one.
