Well I like the Islanders and the Mets, so depending on how you look at it yes. However, I like the Lightning more than the Islanders and the White Sox as the same as the Mets, so no if you are looking at it from that prospective.

Nope since Ottawa will never get a MLB team and Montreal won't after theirs left (stolen) a few years ago. Toronto is my former choice of poison for the MLB teams

Green Bay Packers and the Milwaukee Brewers. The Pack used to play games in Milwaukee; for TV and season ticket purposes they are the only NFL team with two home cities. So it is kind of yes and no.
