Marc Crawford returns to Vancouver tonight as his Los Angeles Kings travel north to face the Canucks.
Crawford coached the Canucks from 1999-2006, posting a 246-189-62-32 regular season record.
Vancouver entered the All-Star break on a tear, winning 10 of 12, to move into the Northwest Division lead with 56 points.
The Kings, on the other hand, have lost seven straight and continue to languish in the Pacific Division basement with 38 points.
Former Canucks goaltender Dan Cloutier followed Crawford to Los Angeles in the off-season, but he has struggled and, along with fellow goaltender Mathieu Garon, is sidelined by injury.
