Wendel Clark skated to Bure and said: "If Odjick touches Gilmour one more time, I'll take YOUR head off!" Bure must have passed on the message. Odjick never touched me the rest of the game. - Gilmour
Anybody here play Resistance 3 or Dead Island yet? I've been debating buying one or both of them, but my recent history of video game purchaes is rather shotty. With Modern Warfare 3, Battlefield 3, Assassin's Creed: Revelations, and other games coming out in the coming months, I don't want to blow $60 I know I'm going to spend on those.

Dead Island is fun, but gets a little repetitive after a while. None of my buddies play it so I've only been able to play alone. I recommend it, but there's just too many better games on the horizon.
As per the title, what's getting regular play in your house?
Here, it's:
Rock Band 3 (Xbox 360)

I loved Rock Band 3.
My problem with RB3 is the fact that when my friends and I would play it, I was always holding them back with the fact that there are just too few songs with the keyboard in use. You'd just expect that they'd have more keyboard songs... since, well, that was the big feature at E3. If you're gonna add an extra peripheral, Don't skip on content that'll allow you to actually enjoy it.

I think that's a really fair point, and one we've come across in this house, too. They've released more in the form of DLC, but you shouldn't have to pay extra to have a good catalog of songs to play right away.
