Dry Land Training?
First and foremost, I apologize if this is in the wrong place, I wasn't entirely sure of where it should go.
I would very much like to increase my skating speed (I don't play hockey, but I speed skate) with the assistance of dry land training when I can't make it to a rink. As of right now I cycle, run, do free weights, machine weights, etc, but is there anything I should focus on more in order to get the most of my time in the gym? Focus on less?
