Its been bugging me since I first saw the thread.

What is LiveJournal Code. I know it's some form of computer code but what does it do.

(Iced Tea is blissfully ignorant about most computer languages and until 3 years ago thought computer programmers liked to drink C- Plus because they talked about it all the time).
