hockeyfanatic
Vancouver get's Markus Naslund
Pittsburgh get's Alek Stojanov
****ty trade for Stojanov...last i heard Alek Stojanov retired and became a firefighter...and...well...Naslund...you know his story.
umm no not sakic, or sandis, but yes forseberg, but they traded all the prospects they got to get patrick roy, and other's btwn they got sandis from the sharks for owen nolan k:
When Montreal traded Roy for Thibault
and when we got Denis Savard but we traded some good players but can't remember who
Savard was traded for Chelios. Roy was traded for Thibault, Kovalenko and Rucinsky. I think the Habs traded Chelios for Savard because the media never forgave the Habs for drafting Wickenheiser ahead of Savard way back when!!!
wow dude...hockeyfanatic ....you seriously have to winden your spread on swear words....you must have not read my whole post because you missed the word at the bottom...terrible mod : anyway...i can't see how that is a swear word..
Some of the worst trades from over the years, that come to mind:
In 1967, Chicago traded Phil Esposito, Ken Hodge and Fred Stanfield to Boston for Gilles Marotte, Pit Martin and Jack Norris.
-How about after the 1986 season, when Vancouver sent Cam Neely and a first round pick (the Bruins selected Glen Wesley with that pick) to Boston for Barry Pederson.
-In 1992, Chicago traded Dominik Hasek for Stephane Beauragard. (heh)
-Toronto trading Russ Courtnall for John Kordic.
-Calgary trading Brett Hull for Rick Wamsley and Rob Ramage
-A trade I really like, as an Oilers fan: Edmonton traded Esa Tikkanen to NYR for Doug Weight.
-A bad trade for Edmonton: Miroslav Satan to BUF for Barrie Moore and Craig Millar. Yeah! :|
-Not stupid, but silly: Ray Sheppard was acquired by the Rangers for $1.
