so if I'm 8E in ccm, I would be 8.5W in Graf? my local shops don't have Graf's, I have to travel an hour to get to a shop that sells graf and they are pretty pricey.. would the Graf 705 be a better skate than the Bauer 8090? because those are basically what I'm trying to decide between.
I'd highly recommend buying a skate that you can try on. I'm actually in a full size up in Graf skates from CCM (8.5 and 9.5) with an 11 shoe size. Trying to fit a skate by shoe size or another skate brand size ignores that your feet are three dimensional. The length might be fine, but a pair of 703's fits a lot differently than a pair of Tacks (not to mention than other Graf models).

Like puckmugger said, Graf fit differently from one model to another. A 703 in essence the same skate than a 705 but with a different fit.
For instance my feet fit the 703/503 well but not the 705s.
