Default Socks or no socks?

I've played hockey for awhile with no socks on, just feels comfortable to me. I was gearing up for my game last night, and a teammate noticed that I dont play with any socks, he looked at me like I had 3 eyeballs. Anways, how many skate without socks?

I used to go bare foot but then I got a bunch of blisters on my feet so I decided to wear socks. It's way more comfortable with no socks though IMO.

Yeah, a couple of the guys asked me if I get blisters, and I told them I never have (which I have'nt). My feet are like sand paper, really nice to look at also. :?

all of you that havent tried it should. i read an article about not wearing socks and it said some stuff that made me try it out:
-Its the same as players in other sports not wearing gloves even when its cold because you get a better feel...the same as getting a better feel of the ice w/out socks
-you shouldnt get blisters if your skates fit well
-try it out once and see what your think
these are just a few of the points

i agree you should try it out atleast once...
