Default Anti-fog Tips for Hockey Visors??

Other than the sprays which don't seem to work that well, anyone have some tips for keeping their visors from fogging up??

I heard cheap shampoo might work....

Default PAM™

Maybe some PAM™ would do the trick. I've heard that it keeps snow off satellite dishes so it might work. But unfortunately I also heard that wild animals are attracted to PAM™. You wouldn't want that to happen while playing hockey. Probably.
