At the trade deadline, the Florida Panthers have traded away two solid defenders. As many predicted, Dennis Seidenberg and Jordan Leopold were both dealt away from the team. However, there was no Vokoun trade (shocker ).

In both trades the Panthers acquired some draft picks. However, they also acquired a future power forward and solid depth player in Byron Bitz.

Just wondering what your thoughts are on this trade.
