I think it would depend on the team needs, if a team is good on offence i think they should go for Hedman in defence... and if you need better offence(like Nashville) go for Tavares

He's either gonna go 1st or second there are 3 teams that are in the bottom 5 that I would say would take him, and 2 that would take the Swede D-man 1st.

There is no way he is available at #3. I my mind he is easily #1 after WJ's. I did hear that Hedman came to the tourney playing a bit hurt, and to me it looked like that big hit he got in the exhibition game hurt him a bit. So perhaps it should not be the deciding factor for a GM, but if it were me they're performances at the WJ's put Tavares clearly ahead for the #1 overall.
