Halifax Mooseheads forward Jakub Voracek is the new No. 1-rated prospect for the 2007 NHL Entry Draft in the International Scouting Services's April report.
Voracek had an impressive rookie campaign for Halifax, scoring 23 goals and 86 points in 59 games. He was the first player taken in the CHL's Import Draft last summer.
Alexei Cherepanov, the 18-year-old right-winger for Omsk, slipped to third in the rankings with London Knights right-winger Patrick Kane remaining in second.
Centre Kyle Turris of the BCJHL team in Burnaby is No. 4 on the list, followed by left-winger James Van Riemsdyk of the U.S. under-18 program.
