It's always good to win the game, but remember there are still 81 to go.
Oh I havn't forgotten and I hope now that they've started playing they'll get there legs under them for the coming games.
And I think that's a good way to look at how they played against Colorado. They looked kinda sluggish, and that could be expected when they hadn't played a game in over a week.
Strange scheduling. Then again, they start the year off with something like 15 or 16 of their first 20 games being on the road.

It has been an odd scheadule, even after there first game they had another 3 days before there next game.

Badat! We were horrible on faceoffs and even strength. Luckily we have a good PP and good goaltending. You know it's worrisome when Moreau is tied for team lead in points.
Anyway, hopefully the whole team shows up in Anaheim.

oh I don't disagree we were bad and I knew we'd be horrible in the face off dot, I knew it when we traded Stoll and didn't bother to keep Marty. I think Lowe will kick himself for not keeping Marty for face offs soon.

The Oilers did have 192 days between their last regular season game of last season to their first regular season game of this season. Really odd schedule for sure!
