I think a big problem to the Oilers winless streakiness is that not enoguh players have found their role on the team yet. Many are switching lines constantly, trying to find their groove.
Ryan Smyth - leader; top line gritty, scoring forward
Adam Oates - leader; top line playmaker, faceoffs
Ales Hemsky - speedy, scorer/playmaker
Ethan Moreau - leader; third line winger, PK gritty
Marty Reasoner - thrid line center, PK
Georges Laraque - tough guy
I beleive that those are the only players that know what their job is. The others need to step up in something they are good at (eg. scorer, playmaker, PK). Thoughts?
