Default Oilers vs Coyotes

Edmonton comes to Pheonix with a tie against San Jose, and 1 win in the last 8 games.

Thoughts, comments predictions?

My Prediction: 4-3 Oilers.

with 3 wins in the last 5 games i'm going to have to go with Phoenix. And in that came a win vs. NJ and Dallas. Edmonton isn't doing so well this season also. Phoenix wins 4-2

Edmonton 3-2... They played a good game agaisnt the sharks 44 shots on net, with that tie they have gained some confidence... with the games being back to back the same game mentality should carry over to this game. Im expecting the Oilers to turn this losing streak around tonight, they made a great start to doing just that last night... they should accomplish the task tonight.

Another tie: 3-3. York played well, along with Tommy Salo. Let's hope that this will be the end to the winless streak.

Edmonton had another stong game 42 shots on net, however the special teams is what cost us the game tonight. The two PP goals scored turned the game around for Phoenix. Even though Dvorak got a PP goal, Edmonton has to tightent up on the PK, it potentially cost them the extra pt tonight.
Faceoffs are looking better, however York was terrible tonight, 2/14 face offs only 12%... but as a whole edmonton has improved 10 fold in that department...

Ya, we get thsoe shots we need, and eventually they will end up in goals.

Also Laraque had his first fight since October 25. I think after he fought with Nazarov, the team got a little more emotional. Georges needs to fight more and bring the team play higher. It's his job.

Burke was unreal in his last game and the Oilers well...they aren't exactly playing great hockey....I don't see any reason to pick the Oilers in this one..Yotes win 4-2.
