Default Red Wings Championship DVDs

Hey,

Does anyone here know what is on (or rather, going to be on) the October release of the Red Wings Championship DVD?

From the pictures I've seen, it has 4 disks.

Already this summer, they released a 1-disk DVD, so I would assume this "re-release" includes this disk. What's on the other 3? Perhaps the other three Championships DVDs (1997, 1998, 2002)?

Any thoughts or details would appreciated!

I'm pretty sure that it includes the games from the Stanley Cup finals. I doubt that it includes the other 3 Championship DVDs. I wish they would release all the playoff games, because there are some games I wouldn't mind being able to watch, since I missed a couple of the earlier ones against Nashville and Colorado.

But ya, outside of the Finals, and the DVD from the first release, I'm not sure whats on it.

I received a copy of the Red Wings' championship DVD, but I still have to check it out. Looking forward to what it has to offer!

Okay, so you think there are 4 disks, with the following layout likely:
Disk 1: Red Wings Championship Season in Review.
Disk 2: Game 1 / Game 2
Disk 3: Game 3 / Game 4
Disk 4: Game 5 / Game 6

Honestly, I'm not sure I want the games. If they had won Game 5, I would want that. But watching the complete domination of the Avs would be more fun. I would prefer to get my hands on the clinching game for Nashville, all four Avs games, the shutouts against Dallas and Pittsburgh.

How often would you re-watch the losses against the Pens?

Now, what led you to believe this the lineup? I can't find information anywhere on those disks...

I probably would watch those loses to the Pens before watching the first game of the series again. That game was just so dull. But I agree, watching the domination of the Avs, and the wins against the Preds and Stars would be more interesting than the loses to the Pens in the finals.

And I was just reiterating speculation. I'm not sure exactly whats on there, its just what I read would be most likely to be on it. So don't take my word for it.

I'd watch it to remember how badly we beat up Pittsburgh in the first two games and then Bettman had to jump in and have the officals "make it a series." Regardless though, the cup's ours!
