There is no point to quote of all this mess because you know who you are in this response.
I'd like to give a round of applaud to the
guy that said the Wings did not sell out any playoff games. That's a laugh in a half. Do you have proof of it?
I believe the same
guy said we don't support our team or something along those lines. Well this is all I have to say to that,
The fact of the matter is Detroit has the best American fan base. The only reason Canadian teams beat them out is because that's all they have.
When you factor in the high ticket price, the bad economy (especially in Detroit our mayor is horrible!), and the other winning teams in Detroit I'd say our attendance is pretty good. Hell weve only been top 3 for the past decade and a half.
The Detroit Lions sell out every game.
The Detroit Pistons have sold out 200+ games
The Detroit Tigers don't sell out every game but there attendance has gotten dramatically better.
Than we also have the Michigan Wolverines who put 100,000+ people into the stands every game.
So when you look at it, people are just going to all the games.
