Congratulations Red Wings on a very well deserved Stanley Cup Championship. You and your fans deserved it.

And a European captain to boot, which is a Stanley Cup first if I'm not mistaken.

Thank you. The Pens proved to be good competition in the last 4 games. I'm sure they have learned a lot from this series.

GO WINGS!!!

Throughout this playoff I always said this year was their best chance to win the cup.

And I had full confidence in their ability to win it this year. Good job guys!

WEEEEEE!!!! WINGS!!!! Very well done! It certainly wasnt easy, that pittsburgh team fought all the way through the last tenths of a second. What a finish. Congrats to the wings for winning the cup and to the pens for getting so far and showing a great performance. Congrats to Hank for the Con Smythe and Nick for being the first euro captain, impressive all the way around. Lets get another one next year boys!!!

Can't say I've been much of a Wings fan in the past, but it was well deserved. Congratulations guys!

I can't think of a more deserving European to do so.
