Hasek is the one with the lights out record against Minnesota. I think possibly he should have played tonight. There looked to be a lot of people there during regulation. I didn't really notice the crowd in the OT. But, it looked to be packed before overtime. NHL.com says the attendance was 17,848.

That second Wings goal was very awesome! It was a good game that last second goal really burned me, but it was that type of game. Rolston in the shootout.. wow, he pulls that slapshot out now and then and it seems to fool everyone in the shootout.

Yeah, what a game. Every now and then fans are owed a barn-burner, right? 10 goals and a shoot-out? I'll take that once every 30 games!

Rafalski...when will he start to impress me? Seems every time I look up he's firing a tape to tape pass to the other team or letting pucks out at the blue line on a power play. Or causing goals by the opposition...

Osgood, signs a contract, joins the All-Stars, plays like the good old loveable Osgood...this better not be a trend Mr. Goalie of the future! Thing is, he did look pretty sharp throughout the game, he just didn't stop 7 shots.

Zetterberg looked a lot better, didn't he? Go Z go! And Cleary! SOMEONE SIGN HIM TO A CONTRACT! Not 124 million over 13 years, or anything...

..and this is why I dont make predictions on games or critiques of players. I always end up wrong in so many more ways than one.

Example A) When we traded for Schneider, I said to my brother he is Mr. Glass, always injured. 4 relatively healthy seasons of exceptional hockey later...

Example B) Bertuzzi wil return to dominance as a Wing. When it was clear he wasnt, I said "He'll be a playoff performer"...ugh....

Example C-Z) every time I dog a player (drake, for instance this year) they immediately start contributing. My brother actually wants me to dog someone just so he knows theyll become valuable soon.

Example A1) "Minny will trap their way thru another game where they cant score" Holy sheep-****, was I dead wrong.
