Flip is still at least a year away.
Zetterberg's rookie year he looked okay, but never really dangerous. Even his second year, he didn't seem like he would ever be a top-ten player in the league.
But he's grown. Filppula has a good work ethic and excellent examples to follow. He's gotten better this year, and that should translate into a better season next year. He's growing in confidence as well as ability, and recently, he's started scoring. If he can get his shots up to 3 a game, or so, (which will mean he's generating chances), he should be able to get into the 60 point range. But I don't think he'll ever score as much as Zetterberg, Datsyuk, etc.
