This league is soft. Very, very soft. Look at the Ducks game as proof. Look at the stupid penalties as proof. Compare this to the nhl of 10 or more years ago. SOFT.
Do you even know about European hockey? No fighting, barely any checking. SOFT.
Look at the Euros in this league. The MAJORITY of them are soft compared to N. American players. Look at them.
Be educated before you go around making inflammatory statements about others you CANNOT back up. Statements you make that are UNTRUE.
I have no problem with anyone liking any kind of hockey they want. Just don't tell me the Wings are a tough team and expect me to agree.

I am saying that you are INSINUATING that all European players are soft. You can go back through this thread and read in nearly every post you've made that would seem to insinuate this.
I'm making inflammatory comments? By asking you not to keep making the connection of soft= European?
I never said that the Wings are a tough team, I said that they can beat a tough team, and that they do have overall grit. If you want to call their style of play soft, thats fine, but I think that there are better ways to sum it up. Finesse, comes to mind right away. There are less negative connotations when referring to it this way.
And I am far from uneducated. I understand and know just as much about hockey as you do. We just choose to make different judgements and use different terminology when discussing the game.
This argument is now way off topic. If you have anything else to say to me, do so in the form of a PM.
