I love this move.

Like HB14 said, they get a player thats younger and better than Schneider for only $500k more.

I liked Schneider, hes still an excellent defensemen. I wish him very well.

I forsee Rafalski putting up career numbers in Detroit. Little more wide open these days in the D. Babcock knows what kind of player he is, how he is rare dman that can actually go end to end in spurts.

Im thinking the powerplay will be better next year, not to say Schneider had anything to do with it not being as good as it should have been.

Great move the Wings. Rafalski at 5 per is a steal, and they get younger...very smart move by Holland.

I have more confidence in our goalie situation with Rafalski added to the line up. Who knows maybe we could win with Osgood in net again?
