THE HACK

It looks like Haseks return to the Detroit Red Wings was a short one with him now being out for the season.This leaves Cujo and Legace as the 2 goaltenders barring a trade.Should Hasek just retire or should he come back for next season?

Good thing the wings coundnt trade cujo, or else they would have screwed out of a much needed starting goalie, now that you're officially toast! Dominator? lol

just happy we still have legace as a strong backup because that is a strong goaltending team with cujo and legace as front man. if the wings rack up the point and can rest towards the end of the seaon cujo can rest for the playoffs.

THE HACK

I just saw an interview with Hasek and he's says that he'll be back next season so the goalie controversy isn't over yet!

I also saw Dave Lewis's interview and he says that things didn't quite turn out the way he wanted them too which leads me to beleive he doesn't have confidence in Cujo.I think there could be trouble brewing with Lewis's comments!

It is beginning to sound like Hasek has decided himself, that he is not going to be able to play for the rest of the year. Detroit doctors have not said that Hasek is out for the season, only Hasek has according to a report on NHL on the Fly. If this is true, then I would say that Hasek has quit on his team and the players should be pissed. 6 million for 14 games, money well spent. :roll:
