Unless Valterri Filppula can arrange a summit between his hockey school employer, Teemu Selanne, and Red Wings defenceman Chris Chelios, it's doubtful that the biggest snub of the playoffs will be remedied:

Chelios infamously didn't shake the hands with the Ducks after they eliminated the Red Wings from this year's NHL Western Conference finals, explaining later that he left the ice immediately when the game ended because he was overcome by emotions. Selanne said it showed a lack of character.
