Should Mike Modano wear the C? Or is Tippett right in keeping the C on Morrow?

I think that modano should get the C because he was drafted with the team and he is a real leader that many teams would give their topplayers for

I'm fine with either because they both have their strengths.
Modano definately has more leadership qualities, but Morrow has more hockey leadership qualities.

Brenden should keep it. He has acted more like the Captain than Mike ever did. Don't get me wrong, I love Mike Modano and want him to retire here someday. Brenden just has the better demeanor as a captain. The play where Brenden was hopping off the ice on one leg as he went into the opposing bench says it all for me.

You want a Captain that will lead you into battle (in very sense of the word), defend his team mates, and get in their faces when need be. Brenden has it, Mike never did.

Brenden just replaced Mike as "The Face of the Dallas Stars" with his performance in the game the other night. He is the talk of the country. Mike and his jersey will reitire here though as he enters the Hall of Fame. I would like to get Mike two more rings to take in with him though!!!

Modano has already worn the C, so he has had the opportunity already. Plus you're right, Morrow's hot right now. With that goal last night (With a beauty of a set-up by Robidas), he is the Stars' hero right now, as is Turco. So evene though Modano will retire soon, the man that is doing well, has leadership, etc. should be wearing the C, and for now that's Morrow.
