6 years, $24.6 million. Wow, a lot more long contracts than I expected under this new CBA. I think this was a great move by the Stars, he is definitely a key player on their roster, and to lock him up for so long is great. A tiny bit pricey, but everyone has been lately.

I agree with you all .. He is the future for the team and there was alot of teams interested in this guy and for good reason. I say props to the organization.
