Interesting note....though it is only preseason, Carter scores and Conklin stopped 22 out of 23 shots.....maybe things are going to turn for the better in Ohio......

from what i heard i think he's only supposed to miss like the first 5 games or so, nothing too major

Well, the positive side is Brule could be the first line center give the kid a chance to really show his talent.

Zherdev is under contract, Federov will not be gone to long, Nash is healthy......and I was wrong about Conklin....
