Avs have already made a jump start this offseaons by improving their offense what about goaltending and defense?

I think their defence is fine. Blake, Foote, Morris... I think that is finefor the season. LaCroix said that he is going with what he has, Aebischer and Sauve. I say give Abby a chance, I think he'll do jsut fine.

eh man No-Roy, No-Marchment, No-De Vries thats a huge loss right there

Marchmant isn't such a great loss. DeVries was a very good defenceman but I think Colorado can handle with defence. With Roy retiring and LaCroix saying he's sticking with Abby, I think the goaltending is probably the weakest point. But i think they should gove David a chance, i think he may jsut well be ready.

I'll give Aebischer a chance as the head hancho but LaCroix better stack a lot of D in front of the net. Who knows aebischer may pull a turco and be good for colorado but until he proves himself lacroix better stack up on the d in front of that net before the wild west can break through and reach that last line of defense.
