Brahmas May Advance to Finals With Victory Tonight
Just One. The Texas Brahmas are one win away from advancing to the Ray Miron President's Cup Finals as they face the Odessa Jackalopes in Game Six of the best of seven series in the Southern Conference Finals in Odessa tonight.
The puck will drop at the Ector County Coliseum at 7:05 PM and Brahmas fans can catch all the action at ZuRoma Bar and Grill at the NYTEX Sports Centre. Game Five last Saturday proved to be a scoring affair with the Brahmas defeating the Jackalopes 7-5 and forward Scott Sheppard recording a league tying record, four goals and six points. The Brahmas have a 1-1 record in Odessa in the series.
Should the Jackalopes win tonight, Game Seven is set for this Saturday at the NYTEX Sports Centre in North Richland Hills at 7:05 PM. With a Brahmas victory, Texas will face the victor of the Northern Conference Finals (Colorado Eagles or Mississippi RiverKings).
