The problem with the Hawks is that they have very few guys that can effectively play the new style. Mathew Barnaby? They paid him pretty big bucks to be a free agent hired gun and he's a fourth liner on most teams. What are you gonna get for him or Curtis Brown who's scored maybe one goal all year? Tyler Arnason has been a bust so far but maybe with a new organization and some talent surrounding him he may be able to contribute. He's borderline second line material in my book.

If Tallon was smart he'd make a big change and fire himself and the rest of Hawks management all the way up to and including Billy Wirtz. They need to totally reorganize the club and get some people who care about winning and know how to win.
